In connection with the COVID-19 outbreak, CMS Imaging has implemented precautionary measures
and protocols based on the
recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC), state epidemiology resources, and
the local health departments
in our areas of operations.
To ensure the safety of our team members and their
families, CMS Imaging has offered all office-based employees the
option of working from home. All departments will continue operations as usual. Our Service
Department continues to
process and dispatch service requests for essential equipment repair.
Service Engineers will comply with all guidelines of the CDC and individual healthcare
facilities as mandated. If a facility prohibits non-essential access, and the site requires on-site maintenance, we require formal communications stating that the repair is essential. We ask that during the request for
service, each facility inform our Customer Support Team of any changes to that facility's
protocol for entering the facility. Healthcare facilities must provide our engineers with
the same level of
personal protection that they provide to their personnel. We ask that if possible, the
equipment to be repaired be moved
to a non-patient area. Please clear rooms of all patients and staff in the case of
stationary rooms. Our engineers will,
upon completion of the repair, disinfect the equipment, and we urge all facilities to do the

Frequently wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When soap
and running water are unavailable, use
an alcohol-based hand rub with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands that are
