Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is a member of the CMS Call Center responsible for providing outstanding support to our customers as well as to our field service and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a call center and using enterprise software to enter customer parts orders and/or service dispatches. The duties of this position include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails and either resolve or redirect as appropriate.
  • Act as CMS reception by greeting incoming visitors to the CMS office and assisting them as required.
  • Handle service and parts requests from customers and service engineers and record them in the enterprise software.
  • Create service and parts quotes for customers and obtain purchase orders, as appropriate.
  • Dispatch service engineers to customer sites.
  • Create CMS purchase orders and place the orders with vendors.
  • Following up on parts orders with vendors for shipping confirmation, backorder status and tracking.
  • Manage parts returns from customers and service engineers.
  • Review /edit completed dispatches and release field service reports.
  • Maintain the customer and equipment databases in the CMS enterprise software.
  • Support other CMS departments by providing standard and special reports when requested.
  • Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable on billing and payment issues.

Installation Technician

CMS Imaging is growing, and we have multiple Installation Technician positions available throughout the Southeast. Our Installation Technicians work as a team installing sophisticated, state of the art medical imaging equipment within hospitals and other large healthcare facilities. These Technicians unload, unbox, and prepare incoming equipment at the medical site and then proceed to install equipment to documented specifications. These installations occur throughout the Southeast and involve extensive overnight travel.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be willing and able to drive a lift-gate truck and be DOT Certified to cross state lines. Must maintain drivers log record book.
  • Maintain personal and company basic installation tools and supplies needed for installation of X-ray equipment.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Maintain a professional appearance, and attitude to ensure customer satisfaction for all service and installation visits.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for their selves and those around them.
  • Comply with all OSHA and DHEC Radiation Safety regulations.
  • Complete all required paper work

Human Resources Coordinator (Flexible)

Medical Imaging Associate Field Service Engineer

CMS Imaging is currently accepting resumes for Medical Imaging Associate Field Service Engineer for all Southeast US locations. Strong candidates will have a two year electronics associates degree or equivalent experience.

Medical Imaging Field Service Engineer
